Title: Account Executive

Location: Outside of Boston, MA

Overview:

Growing Payments company looking for Account Executive to promote their e-billing/Payments Platform to organizations looking for a SaaS solution. Reporting to the VP of Inside Sales, the Account Executive will focus on growing new sales and leveraging existing partnerships to generate sales leads and grow customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer acquisition through cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads
  • Working extensively with existing partners to cultivate relationships and drive referrals from their base
  • Gain proficiency with company’s full suite of solutions, sales tools (Salesforce.com), and selling methodology
  • Provide prospective customers/clients with exposure to company’s full suite of solutions through demos and presentations
  • Create solutions for clients and prospects, close deals and continue to consult throughout the sales process
  • Predominantly an inside role but may require some travel

Requirements:

  • Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue
  • 2 years of closing experience in enterprise IT or software sales
  • Track record of achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
