Title: Business Development Representative

Location: Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL


Our client is a well established payments company that provides seamless transaction processing for ATM, ACH, and more. They’re launching new and innovative SaaS solutions to compliment their existing platform. Their solutions help credit unions, community banks, merchants, property management companies, payroll processors, and ISOs/IADs.


  • Build and manage pipeline of sales leads through cold calling, email and social media campaigns
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and industry trade shows
  • Research SMB and Mid-Market companies, identify key decision makers and craft compelling outreach messages that get responses
  • Work with sales reps and sales leadership to schedule demos and presentations
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly outbound prospecting quotas


  • 3+ years’ experience in high volume B2B prospecting and business development
  • Hunter mentality, well organized and detail oriented
  • Enthusiastic about driving leads and generating new business
  • Motivated to learn and take on new challenges
