Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive operations leader to direct and oversee all organizational operations. Responsible for developing initiatives and business objectives to direct the company’s efficiency and profitability while creating a supportive workplace for their employees. Collaborating with other executives and managers is vital to instilling a cohesive vision.


This role is primarily responsible for leading the company’s operations sales, marketing, and legal/HR initiatives. Other duties include:

  • Lead the development of the organization’s long and short term strategies
  • Manage overall operations and make major decisions affecting the organization
  • Manage the organization’s financial resources
  • Negotiate or approve agreements and contracts for the organization
  • Collaborate with executive leadership regarding capital raising activities
  • Provide strategic direction for overall mission of company
  • Keep watch on related markets and adjust accordingly
  • Identify risks within the company and find solutions
  • Present board and shareholder meetings
  • Uphold company business laws and ethics


  • 10+ years’ experience as an executive within the payments ecosystem
  • Results-driven personality with a skill for leading and motivating a distributed workforce
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and oversee a multitude of departments
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Decisive and results-oriented problem solver
  • Highly motivated entrepreneur with the ability to work both individually and as an influence across various company disciplines in a technology focused organization
  • Hyper responsive to market and product demands
  • Strong organizational acumen and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive urgency with a bias for execution
  • Analyze and provide recommendations related to card issuing programs
  • Envision and develop new processes and operations functionality
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and assess risk associated with existing and proposed products, features, processes, and systems
  • Facilitate operational review meetings with key stakeholders
  • Day to day management of mission critical pay-card vendors including processor, card networks, card fulfillment, and sponsor banks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or related field required, MBA preferred
