Title: Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Location: Remote – US


Large payment technology company looking for a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to pro-actively reach out to the ISO and ISV community to pursue and create partnerships with ISOs, Independent Agents, and Referral Partnerships. Our client offers payments technology to several partners and merchants in industries such as retail, restaurant, salons, government nonprofits, healthcare, commerce, and more. They also offer a complete suite of solutions and technology to SMBs and large enterprises including integrated payment solutions, advanced developer tools, and multiple solutions for in-store, online, and mobile. The Manager, Strategic Partnerships will report directly to the Vice President of Sales.


  • Perform daily outbound efforts to generate lead sources and pipeline
  • Effectively communicate company’s value proposition to ISOs and ISVs in market. Utilize their integration tools and boarding suite as primary products to sign new partnerships
  • Sign new partners and drive new merchant application production
  • Facilitate and prepare, in a timely manner, proposals to be sent to potential partners
  • Respond to incoming leads driven from web
  • Assist our outreach efforts by attending the acquirers’ meetings and trade shows, forming relationships within the industry through networking, and helping the company communicate its strengths to potential partners
  • Work closely with marketing resources to promote company’s product solutions to the market
  • Present detailed reporting on pipeline efforts and opportunities to upper management


  • Background in the Payment Processing Industry
  • Assertive, innovative, and creative approach to sales
  • Self-motivation
  • Ability to source and prospect leads and work them through the sales process
  • Rolodex of ISo and ISV contacts
  • Strong time management and presentation skills
